As digital cameras become more affordable, more people are getting into photography. Unfortunately some people can be put off by the thought of the complexities of a digital SLR camera.

As a photography teacher, I realised a need for people to understand that digital SLR cameras are fun.

Most people just need a guiding hand in the learning process. I have developed an 8 hour

“Introduction to Digital Photography” course.

Tighes Hill Photography’s “Introduction to Digital Photography” is designed to help people get to to know the basics of your digital SLR camera and how to take better photographs.

By understanding your camera better, you will understand what affects photography results.

The course consist of 4 x 2 hour sessions, which include all facets of lighting conditions to understand how to set up your camera for various conditions.

There will also be weekly assignments for students to complete during the course to aid in their development.
